The Garanti Digital Assets and Crypto Enterprise Warehouse Project is designed to drive both operational and strategic transformation for the institution. This project aims to centralize, enrich, and analyze all data related to the institution's digital assets on a unified platform.

The collaboration between Garanti Technology and Nexa Technology has initiated the development of the Garanti Portfolio Enterprise Data Warehouse.

Executive dashboards has been developed to display the profitability of reinsured insurance policies, including premiums, commissions, and claims, with breakdowns by policy type, policy category, and insurance company, as well as monthly and annual developments.

The project plans to develop a comprehensive and enterprise data warehouse that will meet various reporting needs of end users. With this data warehouse, users will be able to quickly and effectively generate reports and make data-driven decisions. Additionally, dashboards will be created to facilitate easier data access, analysis, and decision-making processes for users.

Team Extension

Along with maintaining and developing the Entire Data Warehouse for Garanti Factoring, the "KKB Check and Risk Report," "KKB Trade Registry Sharing System," and "Budget Target/Actual" projects are being actively managed.

To better understand the current state and clearly identify needs, the first step involves conducting detailed meetings with various business units. These meetings will analyze each unit's existing data management processes, challenges, and requirements. Based on the insights gathered, a tailored Data Governance Framework will be developed. This framework will define the institution’s data management strategies, policies, and procedures, ensuring secure and effective data handling. Ultimately, this process aims to enhance data management maturity, improve data quality, and better meet the data needs of business units.

In addition to maintaining and developing the entire data warehouse for Garanti Filo, Nexa Teknoloji is modernizing the data warehouse to enable near-real-time processing of Fixed Asset Reports

Our project aims to develop a sophisticated Executive Dashboard tailored for the healthcare sector, specifically designed to enhance operational oversight and strategic decision-making within hospitals. This dashboard will integrate and present critical business intelligence metrics, offering a comprehensive view of hospital performance across various domains.

In addition to maintaining and developing the entire data warehouse for Garanti Leasing, The data warehouse (DWH) module responsible for daily portfolio scanning and assignment for customers has been successfully modeled. Additionally, reports have been generated to identify customers with portfolio changes, unassigned portfolios, missing branch-portfolio matches, and any discrepancies.

This project focuses on enhancing the organization's IT productivity by conducting comprehensive modeling, analysis, and ETL processes to calculate key performance indicators (KPIs). The initiative covers multiple areas, including organizational structure, Agile methodologies, project and demand management, and software development lifecycle (SDLC), aiming to optimize operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
