For over 15 years, he has been involved in the positioning, implementation, and management of custom technological solutions and products in the fields of Data & Analytics and application development. He has overseen sales, financial, and contract management processes. He has successfully delivered over 100 projects in more than 50 major institutions in Turkey and abroad, including leading organizations. Leveraging his extensive professional experience and business network acquired over many years in the industry, he contributes to Nexa Technology as Founder.
Emre began his career as a software engineer at SoftTech in 2008. Leveraging his technical expertise, he transitioned into technical sales, sales roles and held significant positions at Software AG, Oracle, and IBM. Throughout his 15 years career, Emre has excelled in combining his deep technical knowledge with strategic sales skills, driving growth and fostering strong client relationships across the technology sector.
Uğur began his career at Fortis Bank and later continued in the banking sector at Akbank. Throughout his 20-year career, he has held roles such as Project Management Process Management, Credit Policies and Reporting Management, and Information Technologies Project Management. Following these roles, he transitioned into consultancy where he undertook implementation, project, resource, process, and analysis management/leadership roles in numerous corporate IT projects. Currently, he actively serves as the Project Delivery Director.
After graduating from the Business Administration department at Boğaziçi University, she began her career as a consultant at Ernst & Young. Following several years in managerial, directorial, and group directorial roles in the banking sector, she currently serves as the CFO of Nexa Technology. Additionally, she holds the position of Independent Board Member at Boğaziçi Beton.

The Garanti Digital Assets and Crypto Enterprise Warehouse Project is designed to
drive both operational and strategic transformation for the institution. This

institution's digital assets on a unified platform.

development of the Garanti Portfolio Enterprise Data Warehouse.
Executive dashboards has been developed to display the profitability of reinsured
insurance policies, including premiums, commissions, and claims, with breakdowns by
